I am a strong advocate for property rights and renewable energy.I am also a firm believer in helping people help themselves and push DIY green whenever I can. I have spent a decade certifying and introducing the Hi-VAWT Technology Corporation vertical axis wind turbines to the United States and expect a great future for these products as society naturally gravitates towards whatever renewables work best for them. I served in the US Navy as a Nuclear Power Machinist Mate, obtained my Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Minnesota, served as Planning Commissioner and City Councilman for the City of Orono, ran for MN senate as libertarian and now run my own green energy company. Being named the US Technical Representative for Hi-VAWT has ingrained me into the micro wind community and put me in a position to help others succeed with solar, wind and off grid set ups.

I still own the 17' chris craft my dad gave my mom in the 60's when we lived on North Arm. Remember watching fireworks at Lafayette club on the 4th (before Excelsior took over) and getting hot dogs on the island at Fletcher's at the stand they had then.

I’ve got the same problem. Renter (section 8) next door who can’t mind his own business is complaining about my new security camera pointing in the street to protect my personal property (boat, motorhome, truck, etc) but since he’s a known window peeper (it’s why he’s lived in apartments all his life) he has totally lost it now. So we’re afraid for our safety even more and installing more cameras. Some people are just natural born paranoid schizophrenics. I don’t give a rats ass what he does or doesn’t do. And I could care less about his “right to a reasonable expectation of privacy” because he’s a criminal and renter. Colorado
